Xbalanque Resort - West Bay

Great weekend getaway! Amazing ocean views and delicious food. The staff was accommodating and attentive. Loved the live music during dinner time and the massage right by the ocean. Perfect location, only a short ride away from the main attractions.

Limited dinner options and some difficult terrain on the way to nearby attractions.

We loved the clean and well-equipped rooms and public areas. The hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to the beach and we were able to easily walk to nearby attractions. Lastly, I can't say enough about how delicious the breakfast was each morning.

I had a wonderful time staying between two lively towns on the gorgeous island of Roatan. Xbalanque resort was located perfectly for easy access to everything, without the noise and crowds of the towns. the rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a great view of the beach. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was outstanding.

The locking system could be improved for better safety.

The hotel had a nice pool and beach area. the breakfast was decent, with fresh fruit and eggs made to order. the hotel also offered free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was convenient. the location was great for my business trip, as it was close to the conference center and some restaurants.

My room was in need of some serious updating and maintenance. the furniture was outdated and the bed was uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities included a private patio with an ocean view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bed with high-quality linens. the restaurant's menu was diverse, and the food was delicious.

The only issue we encountered was a minor problem with the air conditioner, which was quickly resolved by the efficient staff. this hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities such as the swimming pool and bar/lounge area.

Upon arriving, felt at home, comfortable. Outgoing staff, was awesome. Delicious meals at Lotus, really good service. Perfect location, walkable to West End or West Bay. Mind-blowing view. Accommodating, kind staff. Amazing birthday celebration. Wonderful experience. Clean, well-appointed hotel. Omar, amazing front-end manager. Terrific food at Lotus.
